Autumn is a time of harvest, death, grief & decay. We notice the shifts in the season as the weather begins to cool down, the leaves fall from the trees & change color & the garden begins to fade away.
We begin to focus on going within, releasing, & letting go of all that no longer is in alignment with us. We work on preparation to invite the ancestors into our homes. The plants reflect this.
Sacred Seasons is a seasonal gathering with Mama Kaz of Melipona where we come together at the turning point of the wheel to sit in community ritualizing our connection to the cycle of life. At each seasonal shift we explore journaling prompts, somatic exercises, grounding techniques, plant herbal allies, spiritual teachings & our very own cyclical connection to land & spirit.
Each session, attendees will receive an herbal offering made by Kassandra to help you to deepen into your teachings. You can sign up for each circle with a sliding scale discounted price, or join for the season as we approach the shift.
