This class will offer a space for collective introduction to, or deepening in relationship with Calendula flower. It will give an introduction to the therapeutic benefits of the plant for supporting the skin, digestive system, microbiome, and more We will learn about basic Calendula medicine-making practices, and how to grow your own at home. Participants will receive a monograph/summary with recipes and suggestions for further study, deepening, & play.
