Grieving | Autumn Gathering:
For the season of Autumn we are going to Gather for the energy of Grief. We will deepen into this connection with beloved allies, Rose, Honey & Thorn alongside other grief plants, beings & practices that carry us into the season.
Autumn is the time of the harvest, death, grief & decay. We notice the shifts in the season as the weather begins to cool down, the leaves fall from the trees & change color & the garden begins to fade away. We begin to focus on going within, releasing & letting go, while we prepare for the ancestors to arrive. For this seasonal shift, we will gather in community to discuss teachings to assist us in the transition from Summer to Fall.
Sacred Seasons Series:
Sacred Seasons is a seasonal gathering with Mama Kaz of Melipona where we come together at the turning point of the wheel to sit in community ritualizing our connection to the cycle of life. At each seasonal shift we explore journaling prompts, somatic exercises, grounding techniques, plant herbal allies, spiritual teachings & our very own cyclical connection to land & spirit.
Each session, attendees will receive an herbal offering made by Kassandra to help you to deepen into your teachings. You can sign up for each circle with a sliding scale discounted price, or join for the season as we approach the shift.
